1. Billing and Payments

All charges are billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the subscription plan you select when purchasing a subscription.

2. Credits and Usage

Purchased credits are added to your account balance immediately upon successful payment processing. Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. Credits are non-transferable between accounts.

3. Refunds

Except when required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable. Certain refund requests for subscriptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis and granted at our sole discretion.

4. Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and process payments through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment gateways (e.g., PayPro Global, Stripe). We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
